Empowering Future Business Leaders

Integrating Labour Rights into Business Education

Discover how we are transforming business education by embedding crucial labour rights and employment issues into the curriculum at Universitas Diponegoro and beyond.

Our Mission

Consultancy Objectives

Our consultancy aims to adapt ILO teaching resources to mainstream labour rights and employment issues into the curriculum at Universitas Diponegoro. We focus on addressing fundamental principles and rights of workers, particularly forced labour and fair recruitment. Additionally, we are scaling up this program to four coastal universities to enhance knowledge and skills in labour and employment issues, especially within the fishing sector.

Through this initiative, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of labour rights among students and faculty members, preparing them to tackle real-world challenges in the business environment. By integrating these important topics into the curriculum, we strive to create a more informed and socially responsible generation of business leaders.
